The items shipped quickly and were packaged well. During USPS shipping, the package appears to have gotten caught in one of their sorting machines. The package was still salvageable, so they packed it in a clear bag and sent it on its way. When it arrived, the envelope was partially chewed up in one corner, and the rest of the package was crumbled as if it was the reason their sorter is broken. Anyway, the patches were lumpy. I separated the Velcro pieces, smoothed them out with my hands and 100%, they look as this never happened. These patches are great quality and I can’t wait until my husband realizes it’s on his backpack
