Hi, we’re sorry you were not 100% happy with your patch. In fact the problem is not related with the laser cutting machine, but with the fabric instead. Some fabrics are very sensitive to heat, and AOR1 and a few other fabrics with light colors are among the most delicate. We have special processes in place to minimize the laser heat when making patches with those fabrics, but it’s obvious that they didn’t work 100% well with your patch. We will contact you soon to offer a replacement, which we will carefully check from a quality prospective.
