Follow these simple steps: Step 1: Prepare the Medium Mix plain instant oatmeal with warm water until it becomes a thick paste (not watery). Spread 1 inch of the mixture into a small plastic container. Let it cool completely before adding worms. Step 2: Add the Starter Culture Place your microworm culture on top of the cooled oatmeal. Spread gently across the surface. Optional: Sprinkle a tiny pinch of bakers yeast on top to jump-start production. Step 3: Cover & Store Cover loosely with a lid (poke a few small air holes). Keep at room temperature (6875F). Avoid direct sunlight. Step 4: Harvest Within 24 days, microworms will begin climbing the sides of the container. Wipe them off with your finger, cotton swab, or small brush. Rinse lightly in aquarium water and feed to your fish. Maintenance Tips Start a new culture every 23 weeks to avoid crashes.
